Community Giving Guidelines

Eligibility - Pearls Among the Ivy Foundation Community Gifts are limited to tax-exempt, 501©(3) agencies and organizations located in and serving the Greater Greensboro area, more specifically, southeast Greensboro. Gift decisions are made on an annual basis at our regular June membership meeting.

Pearls Among the Ivy Foundation’s Priority Areas

 Education – PK to 8 (i.e. classroom art supplies, STEM Conference for educators, classroom

books, etc.)

 Supporting programs for children and youth (i.e. STEM summer camps, afterschool

programs, clothing closets, school-based food pantries, etc.)

 Fostering a Healthy and Safe Environment (i.e. community garden, tree planting,

community clean up, etc.)
